Being a non care guy I ask a classic car friend of mine a question and he suggested Reinegger Frame and Wheel and sure glad I went there, for several reasons just to list a few, is the Greeting with a smile from the "BOSS" wife that keeps a handle on what goes on in the shop, which impressed me that the left hand knew what the right hand was doing. They make you feel very comfortable from the very first time you drive into their business. If Marty the "BOSS" doesn't quite have an answer ask Shelly, but don't get me wrong Marty knows his business, I found that out in just a few minutes of talking to him, he knows the Geometry of an automobile, especially those custom cars like mine. Marty is very glad to help you out with any problem your trying to solve, even when applicable will give you a couple options to choose from. I was very pleased with the service from day one when I first walked in and the service was performed with certain quality and on time performance, to a professional staff with Kenny. This is a company that would be worth your while to check out the next time your need work done on your car.

I have been the proud owner of my 1955 De Soto Firedome since 1971.
When I recently had a need for expert repairs for my brakes, I asked a fellow De Soto enthusiast about the best repair facility to take my car. He immediately recommended Reinegger Frame & Wheel which has been a San Jose icon since 1946.

I brought my BMW 545i in here because my run flats literally came off of my car while I was driving. They were very helpful and knew exactly what the problem was! I felt safe and secure going here as soon as I spoke with the mechanic. It was pretty much closing time but he was very helpful. I actually left my vehicle here overnight and I felt absolutely comfortable. Marty called the next day and he was fabulous!!! Thank you so much!! Will definitely recommend this shop to friends and family!
I have wanted to thank Marty and Shelly for repairs done to my 1950 Plymouth.
In some cases they had to go over work that other repair shops had botched and declared the car fixed.
They have picked me up to home and back. My one regret is that I never found them sooner. They are very good about explaining what is going on. They really are like family. I like the fact that they work on a lot of older cars and have an excellent warranty program.
They will be seeing more of me as a customer.
